Plants of Power. How to drink them and what that is!

People used to have a specific opinion about the Plants of Power‘s mystical characteristics. They afraid of them, respect, fear, avoid. All its qualities are putting in one pile.

In order to figure it out, you need to pick them out of this pile.

First.  We all daily consume Plants of Power. Some of them are always present in a light breakfast as well as at a festive feast.

You are not sure? Now I’ll explain.

Plants of Power are more common than you think

So you poured yourself a cup of tea or coffee and sip it with pleasure. That moment the power of the plant falls into you? You enjoy the taste and smell, feel that your tone increase and that’s all. But almost all sorts of tea and coffee are Plants of Power. Yes, after proses of manufacturing and purifying it have lost most of the useful qualities, but something is left. So it can do something more than just let you enjoy a taste.

Spice: black pepper or turmeric, bay leaf or cloves, garlic or ginger, etc. I will not describe the well-known qualities of these plants; you can easily find a lot of information in the Internet. I can only say that if you use these spices right, you can achieve amazing results for your health.

What’s the matter? What a reason why the health of mankind so deplorable while there is a lot of affordable and safe plants of Power?

We strive to pervert everything and make harm even with a harmless products. We become addicted to them, eating them too much. Let’s take the coffee for instance. This drink introduces you into another state, which is felt as cheerfulness. The correct action would be to remember this state. When the body remembers this, you can easily call this state without having to take the next dose. The same with tobacco. I do not want to say, “Give up these products,” but it is not difficult to reduce the dosage and remove the hard addiction.

But it’s much easier for us to take the next dose than to learn what the plant can teach us.

Some words about the Plants of Power from the “retreat market”.

Among these plants are toxic and harmful ones. But fortunately, it is no need to refine the technology. Harmless dosages, modes of adoption of these plants, necessary nutritional restrictions are well known. If you perfectly follow the rules and completely immerse yourself in the process of conducting a retreat, everything passes safely and without harm to the body.

However, the desire to increase the number of tourists and facilitate the work of the shaman led to distortions of retreats.

– Tincture of Camalonga on the local moonshine? Yes please.

– Want a sweet Ayahuasca? Not a problem, we will add sugarcane.

 – I cannot / do not want to eat without salt and spices, give me vegetables! Yes, no question, customer is always right.

– I want vivid visions! Well, we will make Ayahuasca “roof-tore”, so you can get higher.

And so on. There are still a lot of such offers now.

As a result, the “tourist” is satisfied if he was lucky and this approach did not cause visible harm. But the benefits of such a retreat cannot be seen with a microscope.

Should we be afraid of the Plants of Power?

Afraid – no! According my personal experience, immersion in retreat is always scary. But only the mind feels the danger. Your mind realizes that you will not be the same after such an immersion. Some of your favorite habits or actions won’t be important for you anymore. I will become a different person. How my life will change without my lost habits? But after the retreat, while you are listening to the body, you will feel lightness and joy. It is the forgotten joy. It is the real, sincere joy, like in your childhood. You will get rid of excess, unnecessary actions, thus you can get spare time and attention, which can be used in more effective and safe ways.

The work was amazing. Ayahuasca helped pull out the most stuck traumas that I didn’t even know about, remove the blocks that prevented me from walking through life with confidence and calm, being truly alive, being myself. I could not achieve such a result by working with a psychologist (I am not at all belittling their work now); in a retreat, the work occurs with great intensity and efficiency.
